Instant Coffee Manufacturing

A & A International trading company has now ventured in the Manufacture and Supply of Instant Coffee, Coffee Powder.

Indian Coffee is the most extraordinary of beverages, offering intriguing subtlety and stimulating intensity. India is the only country that grows all of its Coffee under shade. Typically, mild and not too acidic, these coffees possess an exotic full-bodied taste and a fine aroma and maybe because of this reason India has consistently produced and exported a remarkable variety of high-quality coffees for over one hundred and fifty years!

The two main varieties of coffee viz., Arabica and Robusta are grown in India. Arabica is mild coffee, but the beans being more aromatic, it has higher market value compared to Robusta beans.

On the other hand, Robusta has more strength and is, therefore, used in making various blends.

Due to our love of coffee, we have started Manufacturing and supply of Instant coffee.

Instant or soluble coffee as it is known, is made from coffee beans that have roasted and ground. The grounded beans are then extracted with hot water to recover the coffee flavour and aroma. The process similar to using a coffee percolator at home. The coffee extract is then dried in of of Two Ways:

In spray-drying the coffee extract is sprayed into a stream of hot air at the top of a tall cylindrical tower. As the droplets fall, they dry, becoming a fine powder by the time they reach the bottom. The powder may then be texturized into granules to facilitate dosage and dissolution. The quality of the aroma and flavour are preserved thanks to the very fast drying happening during this process. Spray-drying is the most commonly used drying process.

granules. The frozen granules are then dried at low temperature under vacuum. The quality of the aroma and flavor are protected by the very low temperature and gentle drying conditions.

Agglomerated coffee has the other name as granulated instant coffee or coffee granules.  Agglomerated coffee looks like a hybrid between spray-dried coffee and freeze-dried  coffee. This coffee is in a form of granules (bubble-shaped), volatile and easy to be broken. Agglomerated coffee has been loved by coffee drinkers in developed countries and also positioned as high-quality instant coffee.
